This Platinum-Deluxe rated accommodation is designed with comfort in mind, featuring a spacious layout complemented by a large decking area that includes outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying the sunshine. The lodge is centrally heated and double-glazed, ensuring a cozy atmosphere regardless of the season, making it an ideal getaway near the Suffolk Coast & Heaths Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
The interior of the lodge boasts a contemporary kitchen equipped with a breakfast bar, integrated appliances such as an oven, microwave, and fridge, as well as a gas hob with an extractor fan. Guests will appreciate the added convenience of an undercounter freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. The spacious lounge area features a TV with Freeview, an electric fire, and a double sofa bed, with patio doors leading to the outside decking. The dining area is furnished with a table and chairs, providing a comfortable space for meals and gatherings.
Sleeping arrangements include a master bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room, along with two additional bedrooms each furnished with two single beds. A family shower room is also available, complete with a toilet and wash basin. While linen and towels are not included, guests can request a linen package subject to availability. The lodge is dog-friendly and comes with two allocated parking spaces at the front, ensuring ease of access for all visitors.
It is important to note that certain policies apply to bookings, including restrictions on contractors and sign-written vehicles, as well as group bookings for all-male or all-female parties. The lead booker must be at least 21 years old, and one guest must also be over 21. The lodge is conveniently located near local attractions such as the Seagull Theatre, The Marina Theatre, and various outdoor activities, including Dip Farm Pitch and Putt and Beccles Lido, making it a perfect base for exploring the vibrant area.
