Beach Cottage is designed to feel like a home away from home, featuring a fully-fitted kitchen equipped with modern appliances, including a double electric oven, hob, microwave, American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and a wine fridge, making it easy to prepare family meals. The open-plan kitchen seamlessly connects to the dining area, which boasts bench-style seating and opens into an attractive garden, perfect for al fresco dining. The property also includes two living areas: the main sitting room, which features a cozy wood-burning stove, comfortable sofas, and a flatscreen Smart TV with Sky, and a second reception room ideal for younger guests, complete with a selection of games and books for entertainment.
With four generously sized bedrooms, each equipped with its own en-suite bathroom, Beach Cottage ensures comfort and privacy for all guests. Two of the bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements, accommodating either twin or super-king size beds. Additionally, there is a family bathroom featuring a separate bath and a walk-in shower, providing ample facilities for relaxation after a day of exploration. The cottage can also be booked alongside its contemporary annexe, The Lobster Pot, which allows for larger groups of up to 12 guests during school holidays, although the annexe remains unoccupied when the cottage is booked separately.
Set within an acre of beautifully landscaped grounds, Beach Cottage offers a tranquil outdoor space perfect for summer days. Guests can enjoy barbecues on the patio while soaking in the picturesque surroundings, ensuring a holiday filled with cherished memories. The property is pet-friendly, welcoming up to three well-behaved dogs for a small additional charge, and amenities such as a travel cot and highchair are available upon request. A starter pack and a generous supply of logs are provided upon arrival, enhancing the welcoming atmosphere of this delightful coastal retreat.
