Bushby House is a beautifully refurbished country cottage located in Rustington, West Sussex, just a short stroll from the beach and the vibrant town center filled with bars and restaurants. The property underwent significant improvements in 2018, including an extension that added a modern Kitchen Diner and a luxurious Master Suite. The open-plan kitchen is stylishly designed with a breakfast bar that seats eight and bi-fold doors that lead to a lovely patio, perfect for outdoor dining. The cozy lounge, equipped with two comfortable sofas and a 55" TV with Sky, also features bi-fold doors to the patio, allowing for seamless indoor-outdoor living. For winter visits, guests can enjoy the warmth of a working open fire, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Bushby House boasts four well-appointed bedrooms, including a Master bedroom with a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom, two additional double bedrooms, and a twin room, all furnished with wardrobes and bedside tables. A family bathroom is also available upstairs. The property includes a separate playroom with an L-shaped sofa, a 43" TV, and a selection of DVDs and games, ensuring entertainment for all ages. Outside, guests can enjoy extensive grounds featuring a newly landscaped garden with a secure area for children to play, as well as outdoor seating for barbecues.
Equipped with modern conveniences, the kitchen includes a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, and coffee machine, alongside a separate utility room with a washing machine and dryer. All linens and towels are provided for guests' convenience. Bushby House also allows pets, with prior arrangement regarding house rules. The location offers a variety of nearby attractions, including Rustington Golf Club, Littlehampton Harbour, and family-friendly activities like AMF Bowling and TeamSport Go Karting.
