Upon entering, guests are greeted by a grand entrance hall that leads to a spacious ground floor, characterized by exposed brick walls and beams that add to its rustic charm. The sitting area is bathed in natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows and is furnished with plush sofas and a cozy wood-burning stove. The bespoke kitchen, featuring limestone floors and granite worktops, is equipped with a grand central island and a Range cooker, perfect for preparing meals with local produce. An inviting dining area, accommodating eight guests, enhances the social atmosphere, while a utility room adds convenience to the space.
The first floor houses two beautifully appointed bedrooms. The master suite features a luxurious super-king four-poster bed adorned with coastal-themed decor and includes an en-suite shower room. Bedroom four offers a vibrant setting with twin wrought iron beds and a stylish en-suite bathroom. On the second floor, guests will find bedroom one and bedroom three, both boasting stunning beamed vaulted ceilings. Bedroom one includes a super-king wrought iron bed, while bedroom three features a wrought-iron double bed, with both rooms benefiting from en-suite bathrooms equipped with baths and shower attachments.
Outside, the property boasts a charming courtyard garden framed by traditional willow fencing, complete with comfortable wooden seating for eight and a Weber charcoal barbecue, ideal for alfresco dining.
