Upon entering Warrington House, guests are greeted by a large utility room or boot room, designed for convenience after outdoor excursions. This area features hard flooring, perfect for cleaning up after muddy walks, and includes a washing machine and tumble dryer. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with twin beds—along with a family bathroom equipped with both a bath and a separate shower cubicle. Ascending to the second floor, guests will find the main bedroom, which is set in the attic and includes a king-size bed along with an en-suite shower cubicle. The ceilings are low in some areas, but the space is designed to be comfortable and functional. A small, decked terrace at the rear of the property offers a peaceful outdoor retreat. With its prime location, Warrington House serves as an excellent base for exploring the surrounding attractions, including the stunning landscapes of Chatsworth House and the local charm of Bakewell, ensuring a memorable stay for all visitors.
