The accommodation comprises four well-appointed bedrooms, accommodating up to eight guests. The master suite includes a king bed, a walk-in closet, and a spa-like indoor/outdoor bathroom, while the other three bedrooms feature queen and twin beds with shared bathrooms. This layout is perfect for families or groups looking for both privacy and communal spaces. Additional amenities include a full backup generator, a laundry room, and a BBQ grill and smoker for outdoor cooking enthusiasts.
To enhance guests’ experiences, the property is managed by TKCA Vacation Rentals, which partners with Know Your Guest for comprehensive guest screening. A non-refundable damage waiver is required to cover accidental damages during the stay. Guests are encouraged to utilize the concierge services to arrange activities such as shopping, restaurant reservations, excursions, wellness services, and transportation, ensuring a customized vacation experience tailored to their needs.
House rules are strictly enforced to maintain the property’s integrity, including no smoking, pets, or parties, with check-in at 4 PM and check-out by 11 AM. Guests are also reminded of the high cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands, with an allowance of $60 per day covered by the owner. Any excess consumption will be deducted from the security deposit.
