There is a double width electric range-style oven and five ring hob, integrated dishwasher, microwave and filter coffee machine. The breakfast area has a table and chairs, sofa and TV making this the perfect communal kitchen. Bi-fold doors open to the garden next to the porch area and downstairs cloakroom with WC.

To the rear of the kitchen is the ground floor bedroom. This bright and spacious room has two 3' twin beds which can be zip linked to form a super king. Patio doors lead to the garden. The statement ensuite bathroom comprise a shower, WC and basin.

A private staircase from the kitchen leads to Bedroom 3 with king size bed, hanging space and drawers. The ensuite has a double walk-in shower, WC and basin.

Back downstairs, head through the kitchen to the vast open-plan living space. Here you will find large dining table for 8 and intimate seating areas. A range of comfortable sofas flank the beautiful exposed brink, flint and timbers of this stunning home. There is a 50" smart TV for entertainment. Light floods this cavernous space with its high ceilings and three sets of French doors providing access to the garden, decking and natural pond.

Access to Bedrooms 1 and 2 is provided by two independent oak staircases from the living area. Bedroom 2 has a kingsize bed, drawers and hanging space is adjoined with walk-in walk-out ensuite with shower, WC and basin.
