The enclosed garden includes a luxurious Lazy Spa hot tub, providing a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the stunning Pembrokeshire coastline.
Upon entering Ty Gwyn, visitors are greeted by a welcoming hallway that leads to the various living spaces. The lounge area is designed for comfort, featuring cozy sofa seating and a TV equipped with Freeview and Netflix. The open layout seamlessly connects the lounge to the dining room, which can comfortably seat up to seven people. Double doors from the dining room open onto the furnished garden and patio area, enhancing the indoor-outdoor living experience. The well-equipped kitchen is fitted with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and electric oven, making meal preparation a breeze.
The cottage offers a variety of sleeping arrangements, including a downstairs bedroom with a single bed and an en-suite bathroom featuring a large shower enclosure. The additional bedrooms consist of a double room with a dressing table, another double room, and a twin bedroom, catering to different preferences. A family bathroom with an 'L' shaped bath and shower over adds convenience for all guests. With amenities such as gas central heating, WiFi, and a washing machine, Ty Gwyn ensures a comfortable stay for its visitors.
Outside, the property provides parking for two cars at the front and features an enclosed garden with the enticing Lazy Spa hot tub at the rear.
