Sea Gem is a delightful coastal holiday home in stylish Southwold, close to the beach and the towns cafes, pubs and shops. Accommodation is spacious and stylish with a lovely open living area with French doors onto the garden. The four bedrooms are all a good size, perfect for a party of seven with a ground floor bedroom and shower room.
Southwold is a traditional coastal town famous for its iconic pier, lighthouse, pastel coloured beach huts and fabulously fresh seafood! The town has some excellent independent shops, cafes and restaurants, be sure to call in for a pint of the acclaimed Adnams beer in one of the popular pubs.

Accommodation Ground floor: entrance into hallway. Sitting room: sofas, chairs, double-sided woodburning stove for sitting and dining areas, French doors to garden. Kitchen/dining room: open plan dining area, fitted kitchen. Dining table and chairs. Electric cooker, gas hob, microwave, fridge and freezer and dishwasher. doors to conservatory and garden. Bedroom 1 : king size bed, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Shower room (ground floor): double shower cubicle with drench shower head plus hand held shower, WC, hand basin, towel rail, shaver point.
First floor: Bedroom 2: double bed, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers and clothes hanging space. Bedroom 3: twin beds, bedside table, lamp, chest of drawers and hanging space. Bedroom 4: 2'6" bed plus single pull out bed (please bring your own linen and towels for plus one). Chest of drawers and hanging space. Bathroom: shower over bath, WC, hand basin and towel rail.
Entertainment: TV/DVD and music system, For families: garden, close to beach Outside: garden Garage: washing machine and tumble dryer. Parking: off-street parking for two cars. General: WiFi. Gas central heating and a wood burning stove. Bed linen and towels are provided for seven guests (for the additional guest on pull-out bed, please bring own linen and towels). No smoking. Pets: two well behaved dogs welcome. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee. Dogs should not be left unattended in the property. Accidental Damage Deposit: you may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property.
