You’ll be welcomed into a light, airy and spacious family friendly stylish home with a huge southerly facing garden, just perfect for those Sumer evenings after a day exploring Cornwall.

Nestled in the historic village of St Eval, which is fast becoming an extension of Padstow, we are just a few minutes from the stunning and rugged North Cornwall coast including the golden sandy beaches of Mawgan Porth, Porthcothan & Constantine to name just a few.

The space
As the popularity of Padstow rises year on year people look to be as close as they can be, and we are just 7 miles away from the bustling harbour town and Newquay is just 9 miles away.

Nestled the historic village of St Eval which is fast becoming an extension of Padstow, we are just a few minutes from the stunning North Cornwall coast including the golden sandy beaches of Mawgan Porth (closest to us, just 3 miles from our door) Porthcothan & Constantine which make up part of The Seven Bays where the Treyarnon sea pool is a must visit!

For the keen golfer out there, Merlin Golf & Country Club is on our doorstep as well as St Eval Kart Circuit go carting for you thrill seekers out there!

We are surrounded by some superb coastal walks including Park Head around to Bedruthan Steps which has to be one of our favorites and the views are picture perfect no matter what time of the year.

We are also set just a short distance from the Atlantic highway and A30 which makes easy access to attractions such as the camel trail from Wadebridge to Bodmin or Padstow where you can finish with fish & chips from Rick Steins and ice cream. The Eden Project, Bodmin Moor walking trails, St Ives & Lands End so really, all that’s left for you to do is relax and enjoy!

Our light, spacious and comfortable four bedroom home away from home is well equipped and hosts everything you need for your Cornish getaway.

Boasting four bedrooms across three floors you will find a large and main king size bedroom with ensuite on the 2nd floor. A second king size bedroom, a double bedroom and finally, a single bedroom all located on the first floor.

Downstairs greets you with a spacious and open plan lounge, dining, and kitchen.

The lounge boasts a comfortable sofa and chair with large Smart TV. The dining area has ample seating for 7 persons and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need, including a double oven/grill, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

Outside you will find a slice of paradise in our huge south facing enclosed garden which will be perfect for those long summer evenings, sipping on something cool after a busy day exploring.

There is parking for 1 car to the back of the house and extra first come, first serve on street parking to the front of the house.

Guest access
Guest will have full access to the house, garden and a single parking space at the back of the property.

Unfortunately the garage will not be usable by our guests.

Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. Each property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.

The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects each home to certify they have met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.

Additional rules
Please do not wear shoes in the house.

Check in is no earlier than 4.00pm. Checkout is 10.00am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time.

Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys so please be careful with them. There is a £50 call out charge if you re locked out and require us to let you into the property. We recommended leaving the key in the key safe at all times.

This property sleeps up to 7 people + 1 infant only. No extra guests are permitted. Over occupancy will result in a charge of £100 per person, per night.

There is a travel cot & highchair ( 1 x under 2 years old) if you wish to use them. We just ask that it is wiped down & put back into the cupboard on departure.

No smoking is permitted within the property at any time. If you are smoking outside, please ensure that all cigarette butts are removed and disposed of safety and correctly.

We do not allow single sex parties/stag/hen groups. This is a cottage for families in a residential area, if we receive complaints from our neighbors a charge will incur

Unfortunately we do not accommodate pets

We provide each guest with 1 bath and 1 hand towel. Please provide your own beach towels

* Please note that this is a self catering property and we provide you with enough basic supplies to get started with i.e washing up liquid, toilet roll, bin liners, dishwasher tablets etc. Please ensure you bring any extras with you.

*Please ensure all lights and the heating is turned off before you vacate the property *Please try and refrain from bringing sand into the property. Top tip talc powder is a great top tip from removing sand off of feet.

This vacation home is located in Wadebridge. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Carnewas and Bedruthan Steps, while Padstow Museum and Cornwall Aviation Heritage Centre are cultural highlights. Japanese Garden and Bonsai Nursery and Padstow Maize Maze are also worth visiting.
