At the bottom of the street is a large park with kids playground, tennis and basket ball courts.

With close links to the A64 and M1 via the A63 the property is also very well connected to local transport links and close to the cross green industrial estate, Amazon warehouse, Lambourgini and Maclaren car garages.

Internally the property has a separate lounge area with flatscreen TV and high speed internet, there is also a kitchen/diner with all mod cons, gas cooker and white goods.
