A beautiful, detached Welsh cottage situated on the outskirts of a quiet village. Bryn Hyfryd has spectacular views of the Menai Straits and Anglesey, and is perfect for families and groups wishing to explore the mountains and coast of North Wales.
Enjoy the mountain and sea views from the garden room in the summer, or relax in front of the log fire in winter.
The property has ample parking, wifi, drying facilities and secure storage for bikes etc.
Ground Floor
Garden Room – Large comfortable seating area overlooking the garden, the mountain of Moel y Ci and the Menai Straits. There is a gas fire for those chilly evenings. French doors lead to an outside seating area. You can enjoy spectacular sunsets from this room.
Kitchen – Large farmhouse style kitchen with dining table and seating for 8. Double gas and electric range cooker. Dishwasher. Fridge. Microwave.
Lounge – Large seating area with 2 comfy sofas, Wood burner, TV with DVD player and Xbox360.
Bedroom 3 – Double bed.
Bedroom 4 – 3" Single Bed.
Bathroom 2 – Shower. Toilet. (Perfect for people who can't manage stairs)
Utility Room – Washing Machine. Fridge Freezer . Boiler. (Ideal space for drying and storing outdoor clothing)
First Floor
Bedroom 1 - Large bedroom with King size bed. (Can be split into 2 singles). Large enough to accommodate a travel cot.
Bathroom 1 - Bath. Toilet. Shower.
Bedroom 2 – Large bedroom with King size bed. Window seat, from which you can see Anglesey and the Menai Straits

Patio and large seating area. Attractive garden with spectacular views. The garden is private and secure and is large enough to satisfy children and pets. If more space is needed there is a large field to run around in. There is a secure storage shed for bikes, pets etc. Parking for 6+ cars.

The price is inclusive of oil central heating, electric, gas, bed linen, towels, wifi and an initial supply of firewood.
Located in Bangor, this vacation home is in the mountains. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Eryri National Park and Yr Wyddfa. Traveling with kids? Windsurfing and rafting offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with mountain climbing and mountain biking nearby.
