The ground floor includes a bedroom with an electrically adjustable small double bed, designed for ease of access, featuring a ceiling track hoist leading to an en suite wet room. An additional fold-out bed is available for caregivers, enhancing the cottage's accessibility. Completing the ground floor are a separate WC and a utility room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The first floor houses three additional bedrooms: a main bedroom with a super king-size bed and en suite bath and shower room, another with a double bed, and a third with twin beds. A final bedroom provides a fold-out single bed, along with a main bathroom featuring a shower over the bath.
The rear garden of the cottage offers a secluded retreat with a spacious terrace furnished with outdoor dining options, sun loungers, and a BBQ, making it perfect for al fresco meals. A seven-seater hot tub, accessible via hoist, adds a luxurious touch for relaxation throughout the year. A gently sloping ramp provides easy access to the lower garden from the terrace, ensuring all guests can enjoy the outdoor space. For convenience, the cottage provides parking for up to two cars at the front, making it a practical choice for families looking to explore the beauty of the Isle of Wight.
