This inviting property features three bedrooms, including two double bedrooms and one single bedroom, accommodating a total of seven guests with the addition of a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. Whether your visit is for business, leisure, or relaxation, our home is fully equipped to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay, making it an ideal choice for families or groups.

Our residence, affectionately referred to as The Nook, offers a well-appointed environment with ample amenities. Guests can enjoy the convenience of two separate reception rooms, allowing for both entertainment and relaxation without the need to crowd around the television. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who wish to prepare meals, while a variety of takeout options are just a short walk away. For added convenience, we have recently installed a washer/dryer to enhance your stay.

In 2022, we proudly introduced two new features to enhance our guests' experience. The Barratts, a nearby family venue, now offers a 20% discount to our guests, providing an excellent opportunity to enjoy local dining and entertainment. To take advantage of this offer, simply inform the on-duty manager of your stay at our property. Additionally, the entire house has been upgraded with new double glazing featuring acoustic glass, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere during your visit.

Situated near stunning natural attractions such as Brixworth Country Park and Pitsford Reservoir, our home is perfect for those looking to explore the area's beauty. Guests can also enjoy local attractions like Laserforce and Laser Zone, as well as the scenic Cottesbrooke Hall and Gardens and Haddonstone Show Gardens.
