The cottage is well-equipped with modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay, including gas central heating, an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and a washer/dryer. Guests can enjoy entertainment options such as a Smart TV with FreeSat, DVD player, radio/CD, and a selection of books, videos, and games. Additional conveniences include bed linen and towels provided in the rent, a cot and highchair for younger guests, and off-road parking for up to four cars. Outside, a large patio area features a six-seater hot tub, and guests can arrange for use of the paddock with the owner. The property also warmly welcomes two well-behaved pets, although smoking is not permitted.
