As a self-catering lodge, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The lodge is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.


This lodge has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 8.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double divan silent night bed.
In the next bedroom, there are 2 single beds with a TV all free view channels + connections for gamers.
The third bedroom contains 2 single beds.
There is additional sleeping space in the lodge, comprising a double sofa bed.


There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.


Linen and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.


House Rules:
- Check-in time is from 2pm and check-out is 10am. Keysafe at caravan for any time of arrival
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
Terms & Conditions
1- We do require £100.00 Refundable Security/Damage Bond which covers any missing or damaged items which is usually due 2 weeks before holiday but on this occasion needs paying before your arrival.
The security bond will be returned within 48 hours after check out once our cleaner has finished & instructed us to release the bond.
2- No smoking or vaping inside the caravan. If smoking outside please dispose of any cigarette ends in rubbish.
3- Please do not allow children to climb over veranda or jump on beds or sofas.
4- Please respect rules of the caravan site & no loud music or other noise that could disturb other holiday makers after 11pm.
5- Our cleaner is not responsible for any washing up or rubbish left in caravan, this can occur extra charges if the caravan is not left in good condition.
6- No pets allowed
7- Cancellation policy, guests can cancel up to 30 days before holiday dates but would lose £50.00 deposit. If guests cancel with less than 30 days before holiday, full payment is due but If owner can fill the booking, then either a full refund or a reduced refund If the period is sold at a reduced rate.
8- No same sex groups/stag/hen parties allowed
9- We understand accidents happen, If crockery or a glass is broken please inform owner as we won't charge for something small but If not informed then can be deducted from security bond.
10- check out is at 10am, late check out charges will apply unless arranged beforehand with owner.
11- Lyons Robin Hood have banned all electric scooters on the Caravan site, If children still want to bring they can use on beach path or other areas off site.
12- Please do not feed the Seagulls, this is now Illegal.
