Accommodating up to six guests, the cottage features three bedrooms: a ground floor king-size double, a double, and a twin room. The property is equipped with two bathrooms, including one conveniently located on the ground floor. The inviting open-plan living area combines a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area, creating a perfect space for family gatherings. Additionally, guests have access to an external utility room for laundry needs.

Outside, Ysgubor - Barn offers off-road parking for three vehicles and an enclosed patio area complete with outdoor furniture and a hot tub, providing a relaxing spot to unwind. The cottage is well-appointed with modern amenities, including oil central heating, an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and entertainment options such as a TV with Freeview and WiFi, although the latter is not suitable for streaming. Guests are advised that mobile phone reception may be limited depending on their provider, and access to the hot tub is restricted to 11 PM as a courtesy to local residents.
