This three-bedroom holiday home has a ground-floor double, a twin, and another double which is accessed via the twin room, along with a ground-floor shower room. The living areas consist of a living/dining room, a kitchen/diner, and a mezzanine snug. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher and for entertainment, there is a Smart TV and WiFi. Outside, there is private off-road parking for two cars, along with a garden with a lawn. Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is a pet-free, smoke-free property. You can find a shop, pub and beach within 1 mile. Y Berllan makes a charming escape to the North Welsh coast. Please note there are sloping ceilings upstairs and the flue of the woodburning stove is exposed in the mezzanine snug.

Town: Caernarfon, Gwynedd's county town, is historically and culturally significant in North Wales. With its spectacular 13th-century castle, well-preserved town walls, and attractive lake front, it is a popular tourist destination. Throughout the season, there are guided tours of the castle as well as unique events such as historic pageants. There is also a station for the Welsh Highland Railway, which runs through spectacular countryside, via the village of Beddgelert, and on to Porthmadog.

Located in Caernarfon, this vacation home is on the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Eryri National Park and Yr Wyddfa. Redline Indoor Karting and GreenWood Forest Park are also worth visiting. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking, horse riding, and rock climbing nearby.
