It is furnished with two sofas, two armchairs, and a fitted window seat, complemented by an open fireplace and a selection of Scottish literature, maps, and guidebooks, as well as binoculars for wildlife spotting.

The kitchen and dining area is another highlight of the property, offering a spacious layout that overlooks the loch. This well-equipped room includes modern appliances such as a De Dietrich double oven, Neff ceramic hob, and a microwave with grill, along with a dishwasher and refrigerator. A breakfast bar separates the dining space from the kitchen, while French windows provide access to a sheltered terrace and garden, ideal for al fresco dining. Additionally, a laundry room adjacent to the kitchen is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer, ensuring convenience for guests during their stay.

Accommodations consist of a twin bedroom with two single beds and a peaceful view over farmland, a spacious double bedroom with a king-sized bed and lovely views over both farmland and Loch Etive, and a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The vibrant town of Oban, known for its pubs and cultural attractions like the Oban War and Peace Museum and Dunollie Museum, is a mere 7.4 miles away, making it easily accessible for day trips. While a car is recommended for exploring the area, guests are reminded of the property's no smoking, no pets, and no parties policy, ensuring a peaceful and enjoyable stay. Check-in is available from 4 PM to 10 PM, with check-out by 10 AM, and guests are kindly asked to clean up after themselves during their visit.
