Two well behaved dogs welcome (£20 extra per dog per stay). Please note that the garden is not enclosed and it would be easy for dogs to wander off.

Tyddyn Waen is all on one level. There is a step up into the kitchen. The grounds generally flat.

Three bedrooms, all ground floor. Bedroom 1 - king size bed, ensuite shower room. Bedroom 2 - king sized bed. Bedroom 3 - twin beds. There is a hairdryer.
Bathrooms
Family bathroom with bath, separate shower, hand basin and WC. Ensuite shower room off the main bedroom with shower, handbasin and WC.
Kitchen
Modern, fully fitted kitchen. Well equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, cafètiere, fridge, freezer (3 drawers), dishwasher and washing machine. Dining table with church pew and bench seating for 6.

Reclining 3 seater sofa, 2 seater sofa, armchair, Smart TV
Outdoors
1 acre of lawned grounds surrounding the house. Picnic benches to front and rear. A charcoal BBQ provided - please note that this should be cleaned after it has been used. There is a rotary clothes line for wet washing.
Parking
Parking for at least 3 vehicles on gravelled private driveway.
Children
Generally suitable for supervised children. High chair and travel cot (no bedding) provided on request.
Bikes
Garage storage available on request. Please ask when booking. There is a hosepipe which could be handy for cleaning equipment (or dogs) after a day's exploring.

Traditional cottage in village location but positioned in private gardens. Pub in village. Beach at Red Wharf Bay 1.4 miles.

All utilities, linen and bath towels provided. Please note you will need to bring beach towels. No smoking. OIl central heating and hot water.

30% deposit (excluding last minute bookings) and a booking fee is required at the time of booking. Balance payment due at least 30 days prior to the start of your holiday.
Located in Beaumaris, this cottage is by the sea. The Steven Jones Gallery and Stone Science are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Beaumaris Courthouse & Gaol and Menai Bridge. The Penny Farthing Sweet Shop and Treasure Island Fun Centre are also worth visiting.
