For those looking to indulge in local cuisine, the renowned Titchwell Manor Hotel/Restaurant and Briarfields Hotel are conveniently located just a short stroll away, offering a variety of dining options from casual bar snacks to fine dining experiences. The cottage itself, constructed in 1897 from brick and flint, also presents lovely countryside views, where visitors might catch sight of grazing deer.

Titchwell is a haven for birdwatchers, particularly during the spring and autumn migration seasons, as well as during the stunning winter geese and wader phenomenon.
