The Beach Hut in Beadnell, Northumberland, is a charming New England style property that accommodates up to six guests across three well-appointed bedrooms. Situated just a stone's throw from the beach, this highly sought-after residence in Beadnell Point boasts a sophisticated finish with high-quality fixtures and furnishings. The open-plan design of the main living area maximizes the natural light pouring in through stunning picture windows, creating a welcoming and spacious atmosphere for relaxation and socializing.
On the ground floor, guests are greeted by an entrance hall that leads into the open living, dining, and kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and microwave, making it convenient for meal preparation. The dining area features a table and chairs, while the lounge offers comfortable seating, a large television, a DVD player, and a cozy log-burning stove. A third bedroom with a king-size bed and a cloakroom with WC and basin complete the ground floor layout, while stairs lead to the first floor.
The first floor features a galleried landing and includes the master bedroom, which boasts a king-size bed, built-in wardrobe, and an en suite shower room. This room also has a Juliet balcony, allowing guests to enjoy the fresh coastal air. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds, and there is a family bathroom equipped with a bath, separate shower cubicle, WC, basin, and heated towel rail. Additional amenities include private parking for two cars, access to on-site tennis courts, and membership to the Ocean Leisure Club for the year 2021/2022 (with an entrance fee applicable).
