To the right, the expansive sitting room is a cozy haven with three seating areas, including two large sofas surrounding a wood-burning stove and a Smart TV equipped with a PlayStation 4 and soundbar for entertainment. Additionally, a pool table and comfortable lounging chairs create an inviting atmosphere for family gatherings or quiet evenings in, while a desk with wired internet access caters to those needing to stay connected during their stay.
To the left of the entrance hall, the large kitchen/diner impresses with its high ceilings and modern design, featuring a dining table, breakfast bar, and island. Equipped with double ovens, an induction hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, and a Lavazza coffee machine, this kitchen is perfect for culinary enthusiasts. Sliding glass doors open to the private patio, which is furnished with a dining table, BBQ, and garden lounging set, along with another wood-fired hot tub.
