The use of locally sourced materials, such as Sussex clay tiles and underfloor heating powered by air source heating and solar energy, contributes to the home's eco-friendly appeal. Additionally, the Barn has been designed with accessibility in mind, offering a downstairs twin bedroom with an ensuite bathroom that features a walk-in shower, making it suitable for guests with mobility challenges.
