A spacious and thoughtfully laid out property at the front of the Park with a very short stroll to the beach.The caravan is very comfortable and has a centre lounge/dining area and a well appointed fully equipped kitchen for all your needs. The two bedrooms are at either end of the property, each with their own WC and shower. The twin room is nice and spacious, making this a comfortable room for children and adults alike. The caravan boasts a private parking space directly outside of the property, with plenty of space for a secondary car if needed. The large gated decking is great for families to enjoy eating outside and enjoying the fresh sea air.

PLEASE NOTE - All Facilities, restaurants and shops will be closed from 14th November 2022 and will reopen Friday 10th Feb 2023. There may be disruption to utilities during this time as the park will be carrying out scheduled maintenance.

LOUNGE – Modern sitting room with plenty of comfy sofa seating for all the family. Plasma TV with DVD & Freeview perfect for those wanting a quiet break with films and a loved one. The open plan lounge is sectioned off from kitchen area with table and chairs for dining.

KITCHEN – Spacious fully equipped open plan kitchen perfect for sociable cooking. Loaded with everything you will need to stay in and cook if you so choose.

BEDROOMS – Master en-suite King room, with a twin room. Sofa bed in the living room.

BATHROOMS – Main bathroom with good size shower, toilet and sink. Plus a extra single toilet(en-suite).

YOU REQUIRE THESE TO HAVE ACCESS TO RESTAURANTS, BARS, OUTSIDE AREAS AND ALL OTHER FACILITIES AFTER 5PM. YOU WILL ALSO REQUIRE ENTERTAINMENT PASSES TO ACCESS SWIMMING POOLS AT ANY TIME.

This mobile home is located in Rye. The area's natural beauty can be seen at High Weald and Rye Harbour Nature Reserve, while Rye Castle Museum and Romney Hythe & Dymchurch Light Railway are cultural highlights. Romney Sands Station and Rye Farm World are also worth visiting.
