The accommodation at Southfield Lodge is conveniently arranged on one level, making it accessible for all guests. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen and dining area equipped with modern appliances, including an electric oven, dishwasher, and American fridge/freezer, along with a dining table that seats six. The living room provides a cozy atmosphere with comfortable seating, an electric wood-effect fire, and a Smart TV for entertainment. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a double bed with an en suite shower room. The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds, and a family bathroom is also available, complete with a shower over the bath.
Externally, Southfield Lodge provides private parking for two vehicles and features an enclosed garden with both lawn and patio areas, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. The property is equipped with electric heating, and all essential utilities, including linen and towels, are included in the rental price. Guests are welcome to bring along two well-behaved dogs, ensuring that the whole family can enjoy their stay. The property can also be booked in conjunction with Anchor Lodge, allowing larger groups to accommodate up to 12 guests across two properties.
