The house has just completed a top to toe renovation, the contemporary kitchen looks out onto the stylish patio garden.

The lounge has a double sided log burner which can also be enjoyed from the dining room. The 3 bedrooms are bight and airy, there's also a newly refitted family bathroom and downstairs WC.
The space
The house is situated on a popular road in Cowes, 15 min walk to Northwood park, the high street and the sailing clubs. It has recently been modernised and carefully renovated throughout.

On the ground floor there is a lovely lounge with a log burner, which leads through to the spacious dining room. Door lead through to the useful utility room with doors onto the garden.

The modern and stylish kitchen is fully equipped and the breakfast bar is the perfect place to sit and enjoy a coffee with views over the garden. There is an additional WC.

On the first floor, the bedrooms are all bright, the master bedroom has a king size bed, the further 2 bedrooms are both set up as twin rooms, all are airy and tastefully decorated. The family bathroom has also undergone a complete refit.

Hidden away on the third floor is a snug loft room, equipped with bean bags, boards games and a sea view.

Skippers House has been tastefully designed yet still retains victorian characteristics, with the additional benefit of parking for 2 cars and just a short walk to the centre of Cowes it is the ideal holiday home in Cowes.

This vacation home is located in Cowes. Osborne House and Carisbrooke Castle are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Southampton Cruise Terminal and Cowes Harbour. Isle of Wight Steam Railway and Isle of Wight Donkey Sanctuary are also worth visiting.
