On the first floor, guests will find a lounge with stunning harbour views and an en-suite bedroom. The second floor hosts two additional bedrooms along with a family bathroom. Accessibility features include a small step at the entrance and a couple of steps leading from the kitchen to the courtyard, as well as from the courtyard to a separate annexe that contains a laundry room and shower room.
While car parking on the harbourside is limited to one hour, guests can conveniently park directly outside the house for loading and unloading luggage upon arrival and departure. The vibrant harbour area is not only great for observing visiting yachts and local fishing boats, but it also offers a lively atmosphere with plenty of activities to enjoy. Nearby, Brewers Quay and Hope Square provide numerous dining options, and Newton's Cove, just a two-minute walk away, is perfect for rock pooling and dog walking, leading to scenic coastal walks around Nothe Gardens.
