Ryeworth Cottage is beautifully appointed for 6 or for much larger numbers if multiple properties have been booked. The ground floor is laid out to accommodate large numbers of people with enough kitchen and dining equipment to cater for 20. The dining area has full width bi-fold doors that open onto the BBQ terrace with table and chairs, with access into the landscaped gardens of Kingham Lodge. The first floor master-suite has a modern four poster bed with large wardrobes, a TV and en-suite shower room. Also on the first floor is a twin room (the beds can be linked into a double) and separate bathroom with shower over bath. The second floor has a twin room (the beds can be linked into a double) with en-suite shower room. There is also has a multi-purpose basement perfect for making as much noise as you like and includes a large flat screen TV and comfy sofas for all the family to relax and enjoy a film. In Great-uncle Lenny’s trunk children can find a range of dressing-up clothes. Smaller ones may enjoy playing with the 1950’s doll’s house with its contemporary furniture. There are hairdryers in every bedroom and a sewing kit in the master bedroom. The laundry contains a clean iron and ironing board. A travel cot, high chair and stair gate are supplied in the property and a bassinet for a baby or high-sided cot for an older child are available on request. The property is extremely comfortable to stay in, always warm and light, thanks to double glazing, under floor heating, heated towel rails in the all the bathrooms and a pressurised water system for a good shower. There is Freesat TV and wi-fi. There is parking for two cars at the rear of the property and if necessary a third car can be parked in the drive of Kingham Lodge. Guests have access to the heated indoor pool and traditional Turkish hammam and 5-acre garden that are enjoyed by all Kingham Cottages guests. All our properties are no smoking.
