Guests can enjoy modern amenities such as Smart TVs and a well-equipped kitchen, alongside a luxurious roll-top bath in the bathroom. The interior design features bright and soft decorations that create an airy atmosphere in the summer, while an open fire adds warmth and coziness during the winter months. This blend of comfort and style ensures a relaxing environment for guests throughout the seasons.

It is important to note that Place View accommodates children over three years of age, but unfortunately, no infants or pets are allowed. The property is situated on a hillside, which means there are several stairs within the house, including narrow and steep stairs leading to the second floor. Additionally, there is no parking directly at the property; however, guests are provided with one reserved parking space a ten-minute walk away on Park Road. Alternatively, Fowey's main pay and display car park is just a five-minute walk from the cottage. Visitors should be prepared for a steep walk back to the property from either parking option, ensuring that the stunning views are well worth the effort.
