Just beyond the garden wall lies a field and a track known as Watch Lane, which leads directly to a lovely sandy beach that is both dog and child-friendly. For those seeking a quieter experience, a dog-free beach is also nearby.
Entry to the cottage is through a side gate, where security lighting provides added safety. The interior features a welcoming hall that leads to a well-equipped kitchen overlooking the rear garden.
