This newly renovated spacious property can host up to 6 guests across the four bedrooms which consist of 1 double, 1 twin, and 2 single rooms. Upstairs you will also find the bathroom with over bath shower, toilet and basin.
Downstairs in the lounge you will find two comfortable sofa's for you to relax in front of the smart TV.
There is a huge kitchen diner with large dining room table. Amenities in the kitchen include fridge freezer, gas hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, microwave and all important Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
Downstairs there is a toilet and hand basin.
Outside you will find a large south facing garden which has side access around the property.
There is ample off street parking available in front of the property.
Guest Access:
The house is available for self check via a key safe from 3pm.
There is external CCTV at the property for your safety and security.
The Neighborhood:
Easy access to the local communities of Port Talbot and Maesteg. A short drive to the famous Zip Wire of Aberdare and close proximity to the scenic Bwlch & Rhigos mountains and waterfalls. You can also learn to surf at the Surf School Wales which is in Port Talbot.
Right at the foot of the stunning Afan Forest Park, you can access a mountain bike trail just across the road. A 15 minute drive or 45 minute cycle will take you to the Afan Forest Visitor centre which contains four world class mountain bike trails and two family friendly routes, offering something for both amateur and more experienced bikers alike.
There are a variety of other outdoor pursuits to enjoy in and around the Afan Forest Park including nature rambles and hikes, horse riding, kayaking, caving, climbing, gorge walking and fishing.
Port Talbot town and amenities are within a 15 minute walk.
