The heating is LPG and the kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. For entertainment, there is a Smart TV, WiFi, DVD player and selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included. Outside there is a private driveway for 3 cars, a front garden with furniture and a rear patio with furniture. One well-behaved pet welcome. Smoking is not allowed. Penllwyn is close to the beach and excellent Anglesey sights, ideal for a family or group of friends. Shop 3.3 miles, pub 0.1 miles, beach 1.2 miles.
