The first floor includes a king-size bedroom equipped with a TV, a twin bedroom, and a shared family bathroom that boasts both a separate shower and a luxurious roll-top bath. The lower ground floor houses an additional king-size bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom, providing privacy and comfort for guests.

Situated in the heart of Downalong, Penhallow is conveniently located just moments away from St Ives' stunning beaches and a variety of restaurants, cafes, and eateries. The cottage is easily accessed via a passageway off Mount Zion, with The Wharf front only a short walk away. Guests can enjoy the local atmosphere at The Sloop Inn, the nearest Cornish pub, which is just a couple of minutes from the property. For outdoor relaxation, there is a private area with a bistro table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the coastal breeze.

With Porthmeor beach just a five-minute walk away and the vibrant town center, including its bars, cafes, and picturesque harbor, easily accessible, Penhallow is an ideal base for exploring St Ives. The cottage provides free WiFi throughout and includes all bed linen, bath towels, and utilities in the rental rate. However, guests should note that no beach towels are provided, and pets and smoking are not permitted within the property.
