This three bedroomed house offers comfortable accommodation and has a relaxed and informal atmosphere. Trimingham is situated close to the seaside resort of Cromer and Overstrand both awarded Blue Flag Status in 2022 .

I'm looking forward to welcoming you to my comfortable and spacious house set in an idyllic setting on the North Norfolk Coast. The properties just off of the coastal path and is set in beautiful Gardens it has amazing sea views. The area has so much to offer It is only 8 miles from The Victorian seaside resort of Cromer, ideally placed to visit the Norfolk Broads and a short trip into the Fine City of Norwich.

The house is entered through a conservatory where you will find plenty of extra seating, an ideal play area for the kids. through into a large spacious sitting room with comfy sofa, desk area for remote working, Smart Tv. There is a large galleried/sunroom with a reading area and extra seating and a dining area where you can comfortably seat up to 10. this area opens onto the decking and has fabulous sea views. There is an outdoor dining table and chairs.
The kitchen is well equipped with an electric cooker, Smeg fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher.

The main bedroom is downstairs and features a king size bed, Smart Tv and has patio doors opening onto the deck. There is an en-suite Bathroom with a roll top bath and a separate shower cubical.

Upstairs there are two further bedrooms, one with a double bed the other sleeps two in bunk beds and a family bathroom.

The house is set in beautiful gardens to the front and back and has spectacular sea views.
Guest access
You'll have access to the entire house and garden. The property is accessed via a shared driveway with Sea House and you then turn left into the private drive of Four Winds where there is plenty of parking for a number of cars.

Other things to note
The property is child friendly and a travel cot/high chair can be provided on request.
