The space
Welcome to my newly refurbished 2 bedroom house in the heart of Manchester! My stylish home offers everything you need to make your stay in the city a comfortable and convenient one.
One of the best things about my property is its great location – just a short walk or bus ride away from the City Centre, yet nestled in a peaceful residential area, with free street parking and super fast WIFI included, you'll have everything you need to make the most of your stay in Manchester.

Ground floor:
As you step inside, you'll immediately notice the modern décor that's been carefully curated to make you feel right at home. The living room boasts a sofa bed, two comfortable arm chairs and a smart TV with access to both Netflix and Disney Plus, so you can binge-watch your favorite shows and movies after a long day exploring the city (with your own log in account).
My kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need to prepare your own meals, oven, hob a large fridge freezer and a washing machine. Smaller appliances include a microwave and a kettle. You'll also find a peaceful work space in case you need to catch up on some work during your stay.
A downstairs cloak room for your convenience is cleverly hidden within the wood paneling design under the stairs.
First Floor:
My two bedrooms are fitted with comfortable double beds and plenty of storage space for all your belongings. Inside bedroom 1 you will find a large wardrobe and a digital safe. Bedroom 2 has a similar style wardrobe for any belongings.
My bathroom is designed to a high standard with a glass shower screen and bath. You will also find the light up mirror is perfect for applying makeup or nightly routine.
Parking:
Free street parking is available outside the house.
We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. The nearest shop is a 5 minute walk away.
Guest access
We welcome you to our entire home, please feel comfortable using the space as your own. Please note that the back garden is not yet landscaped and is not suitable to use for leisure.
Other things to note
- Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am.
- Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys--please be careful with them.
- My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.
Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.
The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.
