The space
A very cosy but smart and modern, a 3-bedroom property is located within 2 minutes of walking distance from historic Rochester high street. You couldn’t pick a better location than this one if you are planning to visit Rochester (castle & cathedral), the historic Chatham Dockyard, and the
Royal Engineers Museum, as all of these tourist attractions are within a short walking distance, which makes the property a perfect location of choice for holidaymakers, corporate clients as well as for those who are looking for family staycations. Not to mention that it is also very close to all of the beaches in the Southeast of England and only 35 minutes of a train journey away from central London.
The property offers very modern facilities, such as 2 large bedrooms with family ensuite bathrooms and 2 lounges with leather reclining sofas to provide a perfect stay for our guests a relaxing place for vacation. This property also has 2 wide-screen smart TVs, Wi-Fi, and comfortable settees as well as a private parking facility.
Ground Floor
The ground floor consists of a large family bathroom, a large open-plan kitchen, a dining area for up to 8 people, plenty of storage facilities, and a downstairs lounge. It also leads to a well-maintained garden, offering our guests a perfect place to relax.
First Floor
A staircase from the ground floor hall leads upstairs to the second lounge which is designed for our guests to enjoy and relax, making them feel at home experience. This floor also has a large ensuite bedroom with a king-size bed and plenty of built-in wardrobe space.
Second Floor
The second floor has further two bedrooms: one single and one double bedroom with modern bedroom furniture and an ensuite bathroom. All of these bedrooms are very clean and beautifully decorated, with plenty of wardrobe spaces and extra furniture provided for our guests a luxurious stay.
Outside
The location is in a very quiet neighbourhood, although it is within a 2 minutes walking distance from the town centre, offering a place for everyone. The train station is within 5 minutes of walking distance for those customers who don’t want to drive to get in and out of Rochester. But
most importantly, all of the local amenities, such as bars, restaurants, nightclubs, and many more eateries are within a 2-minute walking distance from the property. Rochester offers plenty to do for everyone! For more information on tourist hotspots, please check out the website (visit Rochester).
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house as we want you to feel at home, and nobody will interfere with you whilst you are on the property unless you request extra cleaning during your stay.

Parking
The property has an off-road parking facility outside the house as well as the guest parking space is available at the parking area on the right-hand side of the building.
Check-In / Check Out
Check-in time is after 4 pm and check-out time is before 11 am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
Travel Cot & Highchair
A travel cot and mattress are available to borrow upon request, subject to availability, and at an additional cost of £20. Please ensure you message beforehand so that we can arrange for the installation. Guests will need to bring their own cot bedding, including a bottom sheet. Highchair requests cannot be met at this moment.

This vacation home is located in Rochester. Medway Little Theatre and Restoration House are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Eastcourt Meadows Country Park and Oare Marshes Nature Reserve. The Vines Park and Historic Dockyard Chatham are also worth visiting.
