The ground floor of the accommodation features a cozy reception area furnished with a four-seat sofa, a chair, a coffee table, and a television, creating a welcoming atmosphere for relaxation. The dining room, which can seat four, boasts French doors that lead out to a private patio area, ideal for outdoor dining or enjoying the fresh coastal air. The well-equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as a gas cooker, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher, along with a washing machine and tumble dryer for added convenience.
On the first floor, the master bedroom offers a double bed with stunning sea views, complemented by a wardrobe and chest of drawers for storage. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds, a chest of drawers, a mirror-fronted wardrobe, and a wash basin, while the third bedroom features a child’s bunk bed, which will be converted to a double sofa bed starting May 2022. The family bathroom includes a bath with a shower overhead, a WC, and a hand basin, ensuring all essential amenities are readily available for guests.
Externally, the property boasts a terraced rear garden equipped with patio furniture, although it is not suitable for unsupervised children. A narrow drive is available for parking a small vehicle. Additional features of this vacation home include gas central heating, provided bed linens and towels, WiFi access, and the allowance of one pet (with an additional charge).
