A rear porch offers additional storage space for shoes and other belongings, enhancing the practicality of the home.
On the first floor, guests will find two twin bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds and a TV, along with a spacious family bathroom that includes a large bath with a shower over, sink, and WC. This bathroom also provides lovely views of the nearby golf course, adding a touch of tranquility. The second floor is dedicated to the master bedroom, which features a double bed, en-suite WC, and sink, along with stunning views that stretch across the golf course and out to the sea.
Outside, the property boasts a rear garden primarily designed as a patio area, complete with a bench, table, and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining or relaxation. A BBQ is also available for outdoor cooking. The front garden is brick-paved and includes a golf buggy store with a charging point, catering to golf enthusiasts.
