This well-appointed property features three bedrooms—a king-size, a double, and a twin—capable of accommodating up to six guests, making it an ideal choice for families or groups of couples. The spacious bathroom and the house's proximity to local amenities, the scenic River Dart, and the nearby beaches of Start Bay enhance its appeal, offering a convenient base for exploring the vibrant town and its picturesque surroundings.

The house is equipped with modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay, including gas-fired central heating, a fully equipped kitchen with a hob, double oven, microwave, integrated fridge, and dishwasher, as well as a utility room with a fridge/freezer, washing machine, and tumble dryer. Guests can enjoy entertainment options such as a Freeview Smart TV, with all bed linen and bath towels provided, although beach towels must be brought by the guests.
