Enclosed lawn opens up onto a private marsh with it's own mooring facilities. The village centre with pubs and restaurants is only minutes walking distance away. The property is comfortably furnished with Economy 7 night storage heating and comprises: Ground floor; Entrance hall. Sitting room with French doors to garden. Smart TV/ DVD. Dining room.
