The accommodation spans two floors and features a thoughtfully designed layout. The ground floor includes an inviting entrance hall, a cozy lounge equipped with a wood burner, a modern kitchen with high-end appliances, and a dining/sitting room complete with an open fire, perfect for relaxation after a day of exploration. On the upper floor, guests will find three well-appointed bedrooms: a king-size, a double, and a twin. The property also boasts an en-suite bathroom and a main bathroom, ensuring ample facilities for all guests. With the addition of new oil-fired central heating installed in 2020, the home provides a warm and welcoming environment throughout the year.
Corner House is equipped with modern entertainment options, including a 55-inch LCD TV, Sky TV, Amazon Prime, and Netflix, along with broadband WiFi and a collection of Blu-rays and books for leisurely evenings. The newly fitted kitchen, installed in December 2021, features a double oven, grill, integrated microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, and a separate wine fridge, catering to all culinary needs. The property also includes both front and rear gardens, as well as an enclosed patio area furnished with a BBQ, Chiminea, and outdoor seating for six, creating an ideal space for al fresco dining and gatherings.
To ensure a pleasant stay, Corner House has established a few house rules, including a check-in time of 4 PM and check-out by 10 AM. Smoking is prohibited on the premises, and on-site parking is available for guests. Pets are welcome for an additional fee of £25 per pet, allowing families to bring their furry companions along.
