Upon entering the house, guests are greeted by a spacious hallway that provides a practical space for storing coats and muddy boots. The well-equipped kitchen/diner is perfect for preparing meals and enjoying gatherings around a breakfast table for four. For those warm, sunny days, French doors lead to an enclosed garden featuring a patio area with seating for six and a barbecue, alongside a lawned area for relaxation and outdoor activities.
Evenings can be spent in the cozy first-floor living/dining room, where plush sofas invite guests to unwind and enjoy a movie on the flatscreen TV, complete with a home cinema system and DVD player. The sleeping arrangements include a double room adjacent to the living area, while the other two bedrooms—a twin and a king-size with an en-suite shower—are located on the second floor, along with a shared bathroom equipped with a bath for a refreshing soak after a day of exploration.
Guests can venture into Chipping Norton to savor breakfast at The Old Mill Coffee House & Bistro, catch a performance at The Chipping Norton Theatre, or browse the market square, particularly lively on the third Saturday of each month during the farmers' market. A short drive to Chadlington offers a visit to Diddly Squat Farm for delicious food and drinks.
