Upon entering through the front door, guests are greeted by a beautiful Victorian hallway adorned with original floor tiles. To the left, the first of two lounge areas offers a comfortable space to relax, featuring large sofas, armchairs, and a Smart TV, all while enjoying views of the boats at The North Devon Yacht Club, located just opposite the property.

Continuing down the hallway leads to the second lounge area, which is equipped with a cozy wood burner, perfect for chilly evenings after a day at the beach. Adjacent to this lounge is the stunning open-plan kitchen/diner, fully equipped with modern appliances, including an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and a coffee machine.
