The ground floor features a master king-size bedroom with estuary views and an en suite shower room, alongside a twin bedroom and a stylish family shower room. An additional double bedroom is located upstairs, ensuring comfortable accommodations for all guests. The open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area are bathed in natural light, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere, with easy access to a waterside balcony that offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.
The well-equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as an electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and coffee machine, making meal preparation a pleasure. After a day of adventure, guests can unwind in the cozy lounge area, equipped with a Smart TV featuring Netflix and Amazon, along with a Blu-ray DVD player and a selection of DVDs for entertainment.
