Upon arrival, guests are welcomed into a cozy hallway that leads to an expansive open plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area. This stylish space is designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring two comfortable sofas positioned for optimal viewing of the television. A dining table is placed beside large windows, providing a bright and inviting atmosphere, while the kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. Additionally, a convenient cloakroom with a WC is located on the ground floor for guests' ease.
Ascending the stairs from the hallway, visitors will discover the master bedroom suite on the first floor, which boasts a king-size bed and an en suite shower room complete with a shower cubicle and WC. An additional shower room is also available on this floor, enhancing the comfort and convenience for guests. Further up the second flight of stairs, two more charming bedrooms await: one double and one twin room, providing ample sleeping arrangements for families or groups. It’s important to note that the stairs in the cottage can be somewhat steep in certain areas, which may require caution.
Outside, the property features a modest yet inviting courtyard garden, furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying al fresco drinks and meals. Parking is available on the roadside, though it is subject to availability; a permit for one car will be provided to guests to facilitate parking. With its prime location, comfortable accommodations, and appealing amenities, this property offers an excellent base for exploring the beautiful surroundings of Eastbourne and the South Downs National Park.
