The open plan kitchen/diner is a fantastic social space for all the family to catch up and enjoy making memories. The kitchen area has everything you'll need including a Miele electric oven and induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine and microwave to create a feast for all the family. Gather around the dining table with seating for all and plan your day ahead over morning coffee. There's even a comfy sofa and a Smart TV to further the social space. Lastly on the ground floor, by the stairs, is a WC. Heading upstairs, you'll find the master bedroom with a four poster super king bed with a contemporary en suite shower room with a rainfall shower and WC. The twin bedroom (which can be made up as a super king on request) and double bedroom overlook the rear garden. All bedrooms have plenty of hanging space and are beautifully furnished. Completing the inside is the modern family bathroom with rainfall shower and over the bath and WC. Outside and into the enclosed garden, you'll find the bubbling hot tub under a gazebo, perfect for sinking into after a day of exploring. There's a comfortable seating area to dine alfresco after firing up the charcoal BBQ and a small lawn to the side of the house. Several steps up lead to the rear gate and garage where you can store your paddleboards, surf boards and wetsuits. The gate also leads to the driveway with parking for one car. There is plenty of on street parking available immediately outside the house (subject to availability).
