The ground floor features a spacious and contemporary kitchen equipped with all necessary amenities, including an electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The kitchen flows into a dining and sitting area, where a wooden floor complements a comfortable sofa and rattan chairs, all bathed in natural light from large French windows. This layout creates an ideal space for socializing and enjoying meals together.
On the first floor, the main lounge exudes tranquility, furnished with an L-shaped grey sofa, a coffee table, and a Smart TV with a DVD player, making it a perfect spot for relaxation. The first bedroom features a super king-size zip-and-link bed that can be configured as twins upon request, along with an en suite shower room. The second floor houses two additional bedrooms that share a well-appointed bathroom with a shower over the bath. One of these bedrooms also offers a super king-size zip-and-link option, while the other is designed with twin beds, complete with teddy bears to delight younger guests.
Outdoor living is equally appealing with French doors leading from the sitting area to a decked space, furnished with garden furniture and a BBQ, ideal for al fresco dining. The beautifully landscaped pebbled garden is bordered with trellises and pot plants, creating a serene atmosphere. Additionally, the garden shed is stocked with a sun lounger, beach chairs, a picnic cooler, and beach toys, ensuring that guests are well-equipped for their seaside adventures.
