Located in Brockenhurst, one of the largest villages in the New Forest, this delightful home is ideal for family escapes with plenty to see and do. This historic village itself contains a lovely array of shops, restaurants and cafes for you to enjoy, whilst also being central to the abundance of wildlife, beautiful landscapes and walking routes that the New Forest has to offer. Head a little further afield and you will find some great beaches including Avon Beach at Mudeford (11 miles), or why not take the ferry over for a day trip to the Isle of Wight, from nearby Lymington just 5 miles away? Upon entering this home which was renovated in early 2022, you will come through into the spacious hallway, with entrances to the kitchen area to your right, lounge directly ahead, and stairs that lead to the first floor. Lastly, on this floor, you have the family bathroom which contains a bath, separate waterfall shower, and WC. You can make your way to the rear enclosed garden via the conservatory doors or through the side gates of the property. This space is incredibly capacious given its location in the village centre and is well suited for al fresco dining such as an evening BBQ on the comfortable outdoor seating provided. Being enclosed allows you and all the family to really relax whilst watching the kids or dogs have a run around. To the front of the property is the private garage which contains a convenient storage space for guests to use. The property has private parking for two vehicles.
