This is an all year round destination. Enjoy paddleboarding, boating, a stroll around the lake or ride around on the steam railway in Bala which boasts cafes, pubs, shops, and a swimming pool, Marys Jones World and Wales s largest natural lake. The national park offers an abundance of footpaths and cycle routes, and superb fishing. For the more adventurous there s the National White Water Centre, Glan Y Gors Go Karting, Go Below at Betws y Coed, Zip World Slate Caverns at Blaenau Ffestiniog, and the mountain bike trail centre at Coed y Brenin Forest Park, all within 15 miles. This is a lovely farmhouse with all the thoughtful little extras to enhance your stay. Enter the utility with washing machine and fridge/freezer, and plenty of space for your outdoor attire. There is also a shower area and WC here. Walk through to the stylish farmhouse kitchen with an electric double oven and hob, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. If you decide to eat in, the dining room is the perfect setting to enjoy a meal together, planning your holiday activities. The lounge is a perfect spot to relax on the sofas and enjoy your favourite programmes on the Smart TV; for a cosy night in switch on the living gas fire. There is also the library snug where you can relax with a good book, or the conservatory flooded with natural light to discuss the day s adventures. In the basement you will find the games room with a snooker table for all to enjoy. When ready for bed there are three bedrooms to choose from; two doubles or the twin room. Enjoy a leisurely bath or shower in the bathroom with bath, shower, and WC. The property, set on a working farm, is in an elevated position commanding rural views from its large, enclosed garden. You could enjoy morning coffee on the patio or maybe light the charcoal BBQ for a spot of al fresco dining in the sunshine. The owners welcome you to make the most of their superb location, with access to Bala Lake for boating and the children's play area at their caravan park a mile away. There is private parking for three cars at the property and a lockable bike store.
